Samgyetang with Perilla – Ginseng Chicken Soup (SGD 16.40)

  • Served generously with a quarter chicken (drumstick and thigh) that was incredibly tender
  • Nutty, savoury and milky soup cooked with perilla seed powder
  • Chicken was stuffed with glutinous rice just like how it’s done in South Korea
  • Salt was provided to dip the chicken
