Applewood Bacon Bufala (SGD 22)
- Tomato base, mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, applewood bacon and parmesan
- Pizza comes well-fired with beautiful spots of char encrusting the pizza at random spots
- Tomato sauce was robust and herby
- Cheese was stretchy and gooey
- Bacon added the right amount of saltiness
- Wish that the ingredients and sauce was also placed nearer to the outer ring of the pizza as it felt a bit lacking in quantity with some slices being 50% crust with a bit of tomato sauce as in picture
