Taste

Value

  • Japanese pork bone broth soup had the sweetness from the added wolfberry and clams along with a peppery kick
  • Noodles absorb and picked up the soup’s flavour

Taste

Value

  • Mix the bowl well as there’s sambal sauce hidden under all the noodles
  • Noodles were QQ and picked up the sauces well
  • Braised pork was tender with a nice ratio of fat to lean meat

Taste

Value

  • Might be a one off but the dumplings had a very strong ammonia smell and taste
  • Skin and filling was too mushy for my liking

Taste

Value

  • I prefer my cabbage cooked through but this was slightly more on the raw/crunchy side so it was not to my liking
  • Generously topped with shallots and pork lard

Longan Water Chestnut (SGD 3)

Condiments (FREE)

Taste

Value

  • Chopped bird’s eye chillis, minced garlic and coriander sauce were available for guests to accompany their meals
  • The coriander sauce was surprisingly tangy due to the addition of lime and I found it enjoyable with the noodles although I am usually not a fan of coriander
