Grouper Sauerkraut Fish Soup (SGD 16.8)
- Fish was firm and fresh with no fishy or muddy taste
- Could have a larger serving of fish as there were only 6 slices
- 6month old fermented sauerkraut lends an appetising sourness to the soup
- Soup was not spicy or overly numbing
Cold Served Pearl Brinjal (SGD 4.8)
- Brinjal was well cooked without being overly mushy or hard
- Generously topped with fried garlic and spring onions
- Adding light soy sauce would have brought the dish together much better
