- 200g of Picanha steak cooked with Binchotan butter
- Only served at medium-rare doneness
- Meat was tough, dry and tastes a bit irony
- Fat was not rendered properly
- Weak crust
Philly Con Carne (SGD 22)
- Pulled Picanha and chilli con carne nestled between a hot dog bun, topped off with nacho cheese sauce and tempura flakes
- Nacho cheese sauce drowned out all other flavours
Sides: Potatoes, Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Spinach; Sauces: Chimichurri (SGD 30)
- Ordered all their sides and have to say that they were actually quite tasty and enjoyable helping make up for the lackluster mains
- Chimichurri sauce helped to overcome the irony taste of the Queen of Steaks and give it a herbaceous taste
