Taste

Value

  • 200g of Picanha steak cooked with Binchotan butter
  • Only served at medium-rare doneness
  • Meat was tough, dry and tastes a bit irony
  • Fat was not rendered properly
  • Weak crust

Taste

Value

  • Pulled Picanha and chilli con carne nestled between a hot dog bun, topped off with nacho cheese sauce and tempura flakes
  • Nacho cheese sauce drowned out all other flavours

Sides: Potatoes, Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Spinach; Sauces: Chimichurri (SGD 30)

Taste

Value

  • Ordered all their sides and have to say that they were actually quite tasty and enjoyable helping make up for the lackluster mains
  • Chimichurri sauce helped to overcome the irony taste of the Queen of Steaks and give it a herbaceous taste
